It’s an opportunity for a limited number of guests to taste history – literally. In the popular exhibition ” News Flash – A century of news “, Fotografiska in collaboration with TT news agency offers a time travel through TT’s image archive, and thereby history, from the year 1921 until today.
Based on five of the most iconic news events, Fotografiska’s head chef Martin Wall has  interpreted the images for a five-course menu exclusively prepared for these occasions. As always, sustainability is in focus with seasonal ingredients and great culinary playfulness when the news events are transferred from picture to plate:
