On February 1, Enjoy Bazaar launches its new venture Black Milk Gastro Bar together with the cocktail bar Stjärtilleriet, which serves suitable drinks for modern omakase.
Michelin-awarded restaurateur Daniel Höglander uses seasonal ingredients and creates unique dishes every day. The guests are offered 10-12 small dishes with matching drinks, composed and served by Stjärtilleriet’s bar manager Hugo Örn.
From Wednesday to Saturday, two sittings are offered per evening,
