This year’s three-course menu with an asparagus theme:
White asparagus with sauce hollandaise, cress from the kitchen garden and croutons
+ with 20 grams of roe from the Gulf of Bothnia + SEK 150 +
with Swedish air-dried ham + SEK 100
Grilled veal entrecôte with spring onion butter, veal gravy, asparagus and black truffle
Smoked char fillet with lemon butter sauce, barigoule cooked vegetables and asparagus
Flan with vanilla cream and strawberry coulis
