After last year’s success, Albin Edberg returns this summer to Arla Unika in Östermalmshallen for another guest performance. Albin is an award winning chef with two medals from the prestigious international competition Bocuse d’Or. As Tommy Myllymäki’s commis he took home gold in Bocuse d’Or Europe in Stockholm 2014 and bronze in Bocuse d’Or in Lyon 2015. Albin has previously experience from restaurants such as Sjön, Tak and Unn. He came second in the Chefs’ Battle 2022 and works as a freelance chef. Albin guest starred as head chef last year too. This year he is in charge of the kitchen during the first two weeks of July.
– It feels incredibly fun to come back to Arla Unika, and this year I think it will be even better, says Albin, who plans to put some of the favorites from last year on the menu, but also a number of new exciting creations.
– I really like the blue mold cheese Sølvræv and am currently working on one of the dishes this summer with gnocchi, Sølvræv, cilantro-baked onions and endive, he says.
