On March 29, Albin serves a 4-course menu with matching drinks created by Myles McCarthy at Brännerian. The experience is unique for this evening with two set times with a limited number of seats. 

Albin is the chef who already at the age of 23 became one of Sweden’s most critically acclaimed chefs. His career took off when he started working with Tommy Myllymäki, for whom he was also commis during the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in 2014 and 2015, where together they won a gold and a bronze. Since then, he has managed to take a quarter-final place in Chef of the Year 2018, several roles in Bocuse d’Or Sweden and Europe and worked at several well-reputed restaurants in Stockholm such as Djuret, Tak and UNN. During the autumn, you could see him excelling in the chefs’ battle on TV4, where he took home 2nd place.
