Gustav Leonhardt, was chosen to represent Sweden in the Bocuse d’Or after an impressive performance on May 2 together with commis Noel Moglia and coach Sebastian Gibrand. At breakfast, he talks about the planning for the trip to the EC in Trondheim and the WC in Lyon.Adam Dahlberg talks about his and Albin Wessman’s new restaurant venture Solen, which is located next to the Restaurant Academy in the Slaughterhouse area.
