There will be a Fika party in Ugglan’s park in idyllic Strängnäs when the winner of the city’s pastry competition will be chosen and crowned by a famous jury, including TV celebrity Elisabeth Johansson.
Chocolate ball workshop for the children and the opportunity to try the 8 finalists’ contributions. Competing local bakers are on site during the day. Strangnäs-born sports commentator Johan Ejeborg comments on the final.
The winner receives several nice prizes and an honorary assignment to deliver their pastry to a lunch with the Swedish King and Queen on the 6th of June when Sweden celebrates 500 years as a nation.
Coffee party with activities and sales from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Final where the winner is chosen at 1pm and 2pm.

- Camilla Cavazza – key account manager at Lantmännen Cerealia, with several years of experience and expertise in the restaurant industry as restaurateur, chef and sommelier
