On March 20 and 21, you have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting menu signed by Frida Nilsson, creative director at Ess Group, at Arla Unika in Östermalmshallen.
Frida is the chef behind Skåne’s landscape meal, and she has previously worked at the star restaurant Gastrologik.
During the evening, Frida showcases small-scale Skåne producers and Arla Unika’s Swedish cheeses.
