Unique opportunity to experience the 2022 Nobel Banquet at the Stadshuskällaren (The Town Hall Cellar) ,on a slightly smaller scale, with Nobel Price chef Jimmi Eriksson.

A warm welcome to an evening with a golden edge where you get to experience the food, meet the chef and get answers to what it’s like to cook a three-course menu for 1,300 guests.

Algae-baked pikeperch and tomato stuffed with pikeperch, parsley emulsion, kohlrabi, bread spices, dill pearls and flower crisps
NV Champagne Legras & Haas Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, France

Swedish venison minced with morel and sage, beetroot with cold-pressed rapeseed oil and mustard seed, artichoke and thyme emulsion and potato terrine and game with star anise
2021 Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso, Tuscany, Italy

Baked cheesecake and plum compote flavored with star anise, plum cream, mirabelle meringue, oat crisps and mirabelle sorbet flavored with ginger
2021 Brännland Iscider, Västerbotten, Sweden

The dinner will be served in the Stadhuskällaren on April 20. At 18.00 we start with champagne and mingling.

are behind all the food and drink served in Stockholm City Hall, both in the banquet operations and in the à la carte restaurant Stadshuskällaren with banquet room and chambre separée as well as in the lunch restaurant Ragnars Skafferi.
