TakeOver’s female chefs cook at Omaka

The TakeOvers network of female chefs make their twenty-third guest appearance at Hedda Spendrup’s brewery and restaurant OMAKA in A-House Ark. The chefs pair each dish with one of the brewery’s craft beers. 

The TakeOver network consisting of female chefs was started in 2014 by Linn Söderström and Lisa Lönner.

The following chefs participate during this evening:

Frida Nilsson, Concept & Quality Development Head Chef at ESS Group, who won silver in the Chefs’ Battle, participated in a number of TakeOvers and herself hosted a well-received TakeOver in 2019 when she was Head Chef at MJ’s in Malmö.

Lisa Lönner, runs Lisa Fine Home Dining at Resarö and the food brand Finaste Lisa. Finalist Eco Chef of the Year 2022.

Agnes Fällman, kitchen manager at Sparrow which is owned by Mattias Dahlgren and who previously worked at Mattias Dahlgren’s Matbaren and TAK. 

Christina Kashou, winner of Sweden’s Master Chef 2021 and cookbook author. Has done an internship at Aira and now works as Junior Sous Chef at Surfers in Stockholm.

Clara Häggqvist, chef and sommelier who runs the restaurant Cissi & Clara on her parents’ farm outside Norrtälje.

Hanna Claesson, chef at OMAKA, went to Grillska high school and has worked at Görvälns Castle and Ellery Beach House on Lidingö. She was also a commis in the Swedish national team of chefs in 2019.
