Albin is known as a competitor in the Chefs’ Battle and as commis for Tommy Myllymäki in the Bocuse d’Or.
Dan Lepp, wine-obsessed sommelier and photographer, is responsible for exciting wine matching. Since 2017, he runs the wine tips account @vinlepp with a focus on small-scale and sustainably produced craft wines. Dan has selected wines that can be ordered by the glass and as a wine package, all matched with Albin’s menu. Dan will of course be there this evening to talk about wine.
