
The tasting menu consists of aquatic ingredients that live in, by or on the water. The restaurant will provide a gastronomic journey of discovery for guests as well as for Mathias and his team.

My team and I see it as a new and exciting gastronomic journey of discovery. Seafood Gastro will be the most exclusive restaurant I have ever created, says Mathias Dahlgren.
Seafood Gastro primarily uses wild ingredients from Scandinavia. Through carefully selected suppliers, the tasting menu will be supplemented with obtained marine ingredients of the highest quality that are not found naturally in our immediate area. Everything from healthy waters and sustainable stocks.
The new restaurant opens in Rutabaga’s former premises at the Grand Hôtel on Blasieholmskajen.
