vasa-1628-dukat-bord-768x450
Spritmuseum’s drinks expert Nadja Karlsson and curator Eva Lenneman take you on a journey about smuggled spirits, port wine, old yellow widows and more.
Without revealing too much, the Vasa ship was salvaged just outside the museum on Djurgårdsstrand and a tin bottle containing the world’s oldest spirit was found. A modern version of this will be able to be tasted and the team behind the new drink – Vasa 1628 – is on hand. Do you want to know how it happened when they recreated this historic brandy, and taste it? Book here
The tasting on March 25 at 2 p.m. lasts 90 minutes and free entry to the exhibitions is included in the price.
