Stockholm Gastronomy Conference is organized by The Academy of Culinary Arts and Meal science together with the Gastronomic Academy of Sweden and the Royal Academy of Forestry and Agriculture, with European and International Gastronomic Academies as partners. The conference is connected  to Stockholm- European Capital of Gastronomy 2023 as well as to the national project Sweden’s County Meals.
