Meet grower Anke van Lenteren from the company Johannas staddodlingar. On March 9 at 2pm she will be Kista Fair Experience Area where she explains how they grow vegetables aquaponically in their facility in Vallentuna. She is supplying many restaurants in Stockholm with locally grown green leaves.

In the Experience Area on March 8–9, there will be a series of inventive food start up’s displaying insects, sea urchins, 3D-printed meat, mushroom cultivation and seaweed.
The presenter is Lennart Wallander from Food & Friends. Chef Paul Svensson talks about sugar kelp and Swedish soy.
