Mingle tasting in the castle’s salons and a three-course dinner with the theme of spring asparagus and combined with wines from Alsace.

Check in during the afternoon and feel the peace. Take a walk around the castle park, go down to the water and enjoy the spring and our surroundings or sit down in a comfortable armchair and feel the wings of history in the castle’s salons.

Between 15:00 and 17:00, wine tasting is set up in our salons with tastings of selected Alsace wines from Johan Lidby and tasty snacks. Then dinner in the castle’s dining rooms with a tasty three-course dinner with the focus and theme of asparagus.
