Anna Norström rolls out #DinnerTalk, a pop up that likes to break down food in words. First out is Mrs. Robinson, a Berlin based restaurant by chef Ben Zviel and Samina Raza, deeply dedicated to flavor and to showcase the very best in locally-sourced produce. Their kitchen operates with sustainability at its core, and their dishes reflect a playful artistry that shines both on the plate and in their exceptional service.

The expression of Mrs Robinson can’t be found anywhere in Sweden, and even in its hometown Berlin the restaurant really stands out.

👉🏿On the evening of Monday October 2, the talented team from Mrs. Robinson will take the spotlight in Alma, a creative work hub, and it’s kitchen headed by @gordongrimlund on a day to day basis. They will present a tasting menu featuring 7 meticulously crafted dishes from locally-sourced ingredients. To enhance this dining experience, carefully selected craft wines from small-scale European producers will be poured.

Dinner Talk is a new platform where Anna Norström together with Alma invite restaurants from cities like Berlin, London, and Copenhagen, each offering a unique dining experience for one evening. Delicious food aside, the evening will also include a live interview with guest chef, offering some plus menu insights into that particular kitchen.
